"Compensation in case of mismatch" Campaign Regulations
- General: The "Compensation for non-delivery" campaign is valid ONLY for the ma:nyo, Jayjun, Nuggela & Sule and Blue Scents brands, purchased between 01.01-01.05.2024, according to the details available on our website. The campaign offers the possibility to return used products free of charge, in exchange for a voucher worth 50% of the product price.
- Eligibility: The returned product must be part of the brands selected in point 1, and the return request must be sent no later than 15 days from receipt of the products.
- Return Process: To initiate the return of the product, you must send us an email to contact@orisha.ro with the order number, date, your name and the product or products you wish to return. We will send you a link to an online questionnaire, which must be completed to evaluate your experience with the product. You have 3 days to complete it. After completing the questionnaire, we will ask you to indicate the easybox locker where you can leave the package. We will issue the return request and, after the product reaches us, within a maximum of 3-5 business days we will issue the voucher.
- Issuance and Use of the Voucher: The voucher will be sent electronically and represents 50% of the price of the returned product. It is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
- Restrictions: The "Compensation in Case of Mismatch" campaign does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or unused. Returned products must have been used according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Campaign Duration: The campaign is valid from 01.08.2023 to 31.12.2023. In the event of its withdrawal, orders placed before the withdrawal of the campaign will continue to benefit from this compensation.
