All products sold on orishabeauty.com benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, as provided for by Law no. 449/2003 on the sale of products and their associated guarantees. The buyer has the right to return defective or non-conforming products.

According to art. 5 and art. 6 of Law no. 449/2003, products are considered to be in accordance with the sales contract if:
a) correspond to the description made by the seller and have the same qualities as the products that the seller presented to the consumer as a sample or model;
b) correspond to any specific purpose requested by the consumer, a purpose made known to the seller and accepted by him upon conclusion of the sales contract;
c) correspond to the purposes for which products of the same type are normally used;
d) being of the same type, they present normal quality and performance parameters that the consumer can reasonably expect, given the nature of the product and the public statements regarding its specific characteristics, made by the seller, the manufacturer or its representative, in particular through advertising or by inscription on the product label.

It is not considered to be a lack of conformity if, at the time of concluding the sales contract, the consumer knew or could not reasonably have been unaware of this lack of conformity or if the lack of conformity originates in the materials provided by the consumer.
