The buyer is obliged to inform the company ORISHA NATURALS SRL regarding the decision to withdraw from the purchase contract . ORISHA NATURALS Company provides Buyers with a model withdrawal form that you can use to communicate your decision. After processing the withdrawal request, ORISHA NATURALS SRL will send a courier to the address indicated by the buyer to pick up the package.

You have 14 days to return the products .

The buyer will bear the shipping costs. The cost is 15 lei + VAT for the first kg, to which is added 1.10 lei + VAT for each additional kilogram. The total cost will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Getting a refund

ORISHA NATURALS SRL is obliged to refund your money, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your order cancellation request . The refund may be delayed if the merchant has not received the products back or at least proof that you sent them.
